Giving Programs

We have different giving programs designed to improve the lives of animals in Iowa. As a contributor, you are able to choose which program you would like to support. If you choose a specific program, 100% of your donation will be used for that purpose.

Animal Resource Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

SNIP (Spay/Neuter Incentive Plan)
This program offers low-cost spay and neuter programs for cats and dogs. The program is subsidized by Animal Resource Foundation and uses specific veterinary clinics for the surgeries. Individuals can receive discounted spay and neuter services based upon their financial situation and work status.

Apollo’s Fund
This program is named for the inspiration behind Animal Resource Foundation. Apollo’s Fund offers financial assistance to rescue groups that take in animals suffering from life-threatening injuries or illnesses. We don’t want any animal to suffer or die because they do not have an owner to provide appropriate medical care.  This program is only offered if we have funding available.
